1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92par ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 92par platform located at 92par.com, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 92par platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 92par, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 92par strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been excluded from 92par or any associated gaming platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a platform-initiated account closure.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 92par or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and participation in online gaming does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you personally.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 92par at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your residential address within Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other city).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 92par will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and our international gaming licence conditions, 92par is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal requests and at any other point determined necessary by our compliance team.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC verification process:

92par reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe, or where the documents provided are determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent.

5. Deposits & Payments

92par accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances are maintained in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Omni, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published within the Cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• 92par does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not expressly listed within the Cashier section.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 92par is not responsible for delays caused by the player's banking institution or mobile money provider.
• By making a deposit on 92par, you confirm that the funds deposited represent money you can afford to lose and are not being borrowed, financed, or sourced from illegal activity.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 92par are processed subject to the following conditions. Players must complete the KYC verification process in full before any withdrawal will be approved and dispatched.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 92par account holder. No third-party withdrawals will be processed under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification status. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from expedited processing timelines.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section. 92par reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
• 92par reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

92par offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the completion of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be voided without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless 92par expressly states otherwise in the promotion details.
• Abuse Prevention: 92par monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and the account suspended.
• Right to Modify: 92par reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92par platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Colluding with other players, sharing accounts, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit the platform or other users.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 92par staff, customer support agents, or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your 92par account with your bank or payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the 92par platform are the exclusive property of 92par or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92par platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written authorisation from 92par.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92par, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

92par does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues may from time to time affect platform availability.

11. Privacy & Data

92par collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on 92par, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. 92par will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting 92par support. 92par reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register or access the platform.
• The player's continued use of the platform presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 92par.
• A player has been found to be under the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or thereafter.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that fail to meet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.

13. Responsible Gaming

92par is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools that all players are encouraged to use, accessible directly from your account settings:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 92par platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 92par from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

For players based in Pakistan, 92par endeavours to provide a fair, transparent disputes process administered through our customer support team. Players who are unsatisfied with the outcome of an internal dispute review may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures published by that authority.

15. Amendments to These Terms

92par reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, 92par will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file, a prominent notice on the platform, or both, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 92par platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, marked with the effective date at the top of the document.
